Pupcycled Dog Toy Regulations

Here at Pupcycled, one of our biggest concerns is the safety of the dogs that play with our toys. Because of this, we ensure that each one provides no danger to any dog that plays with it. Toys are made by our volunteers and tested by shelter dogs to ensure a happy and healthy playing experience.

However, before that is even done, we need to know that the base of the toy itself can be trusted with our pups. That’s why so much research went into our mission to ensure that the fabric we use doesn’t pose any safety hazards.

Luckily, the materials and fabrics found in your favorite fashion company are pup-safe. In fact, many large companies such as PetSmart and Chewy use similar materials! One of our avid toy testers, Prince, is certainly biased on his favorite kind of toy. ”My dog (Prince) loves Pupcycled toys! Since he’s a strong biter, I like playing tug of war with him with our rope toys and they can hold up well against his biting,” says Sophia Liu, one of the founders of Pupcycled.

With every inspection and testing of the durability, we hope to continue bringing toys to dogs who will enjoy them just as much as Prince does (and be safe at the same time)!
